Changes to Governor Hutchinson's Planned Conference on Flooding

There have been changes to the Governor's planned press conference at Texarkana Regional Airport scheduled for this morning concerning areas damaged by the flooding Red River.

In a press release:

Due to weather in the Texarkana area, Governor Asa Hutchinson will be unable to attend the news conference scheduled for this morning at the Texarkana Regional Airport following a flyover of the flooding in southwest Arkansas. Congressman Bruce Westerman will be at the airport to visit with media. Governor Hutchinson will survey parts of the affected area later this morning and detail his trip in an already scheduled news conference at 11:30 this morning at the Capitol in Little Rock.
